Sustained change focusing on a more positive mind requires laying down new neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. Life by Design Coaching uses this innovative approach to coaching to guide you on your journey to truly design the life you have always dreamed of living! 
 
Just 15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
                                                                                                                                        You will teach your brain that no matter how crazy-busy your day is, you can re-center every few hours in Sage wisdom for 2 minutes which helps you to accomplish your goals faster.                                                                                                                                                                                                        You will develop an awareness of your Judge and Accomplice Saboteurs and learn how to use your self-command tools to help intercept. This is a big step on this journey.
